Stress Management: MBTI® Workshop

individuals in the workplace can experience stress. This stressors people encounter can either undermine performance or drive them to greater success, depending upon how they react.

In this workshop we help participants recognise the circumstances or events that are likely to trigger stress reactions and provide information and tips drawn from their MBTI® preferences, on how to deal most effectively with the challenges they present.

Objectives

  • Understand the basics of personality type theory

  • Self assessment of your personality type preferences and what that means in relation to what causes stress

  • apply type understanding to stress management

  • Develop tools and techniques to manage personal stress

Duration 1/2 Day and includes completion of an MBTI instrument.
