    This workshop is designed to assist managers at all levels mentor and manage their direct reports, increase their own effectiveness at work and learn to recognise “type” clues in their teams. Participants will become more familiar with their own type and preferences and how this influences the way they interact with their teams as well as learn to “flex” their own style in response to the type cues observed in others.

Each person gains greater self awareness of their work preferences as well as their personality.     The workshop runs for half a day, can be virtual or in person, and at a time that suits your team. Each session is custom and is only for your team - there are no public courses offered.
